Great place with great employees! I left my wallet and phone on one of the park benches managed by Pasadena Parks & Recreation. One of their employees, Brenda found it and saved it for me. My son called it and they answered, informing him of the location. I picked it up at their office, still full of cash, not a dollar missing! Brenda is an humble, honest person! Thank you!
The absolute worst and the most unprofessional establishment I’ve dealt with in a long time. I planned a 80th Birthday celebration for my grandfather on April 27th 2019 and did everything I was told I had to do to receive back my security deposit which would take up to 4-8 weeks. Well today’s July 27th and I’ve yet to receive my deposit. I was told that the paperwork that was to be submitted to the finance department for a refund was lost TWICE. And now I’ve been given a new date of August 7th of when I should receive my deposit, almost two months past when I was initially supposed to get it back. They will never earn my business again and honestly they deserve the one star that was given

A lot of clutter in the office that administers the swimming lessons. The ladies don't know how to do their job. I enrolled my two 7 and 8 year old son in level 1 swimming classes and they were placed in different groups, I asked the young ladies to leave them together and they say that company policies do not allow it after this. They changed each one to a different park to class at the same time, again I go to the office because I cannot take each child to their class in two different parks at the same time. And they say they can't do anything to leave them in the same pool that the groups did. At the same time in a different pool. On the same level. If I go to one park, then I can't take the other to the other park, it's crazy. And they put me in trouble to return the money because if they are the cancellation policies. It's crazy !!!!
