This place is awful! Won’t be back and would NOT recommend anyone to go there. I walked in waited for a solid three minutes while I could see 5 people working behind the counter. Not one spoke, finally a lady (accidentally made eye contact with me), so she walked over to the counter. We stared at each other a good while minute before I finally spoke. Who doesn’t say welcome or sorry for the wait, not a how can I help you or anything! I was flabbergasted! So I told her what I was wanting to have done, she gave me a price (which was too high to begin with), but since I was in shock I just went with it. Anyways she tells me to throw my (over $200 comforter) in a bin right in front of the doors which stay wide open, so anyone can just walk out with it at any given moment. Also written on the store window it says 1 day service bring at 9 done by 5, I came in on a Tuesday she quoted me SATURDAY! It was all a mess needless to say I got my comforter and took my business elsewhere.

I was skeptical about going here from reading the negative reviews. I decided to try it anyway. I took my 2 piece suit for dry cleaning and experienced no problems.
