If I could leave 0 stars I would...haven't been to a laundry mat in a long time. I remember them at least being clean. I walked in saw how gross the facility was...including machines, I walked right out. Very dirty.....
Seriously need an attendant during business hours! Dryers don’t heat. Never coming here again. Called number but it’s not working
The closing hours say 9pm!!! My clothes finished washer at 8:00pm I still had an hour... The oei hot mad and said I needed to be done at 8 but the sign says 9 pm!I grabbed my clothes out the washer and left!!! I will spend my money else where!!!! My clothes are not washed for FREE I paid money!!!!! No good customer service
Fairly priced machines at a convenient spot for me at times. Most machines work and there usually is someone there to help. They do not have a desk/window for an attendant, though so I make sure I already have my own quarters and other things. Then place is too small to have an attendant.
Lost $1 drying. No one here to reimburse you.
