I got my ears done here and the people who did it were super nice and sweet. The only things are my ears are crooked and the fun got stuck in my right ear.

I don’t even think this location is open anymore? Doesn’t look like it anything is open at this mall except JC Penny so they need to take this location off the web so people like me don’t drive all the way to it. That’s bad business.

On the website and google description of this location, it is mentioned that ear piercing services are offered here. When I arrived at the location, after driving several miles may I add, I was told by a very stern, rude woman at the counter that they do not do ear piercing at this specific location. After wasting time and money on gas to drive here, I was extremely disappointed, especially since the store is advertised as a store that does do ear piercings. Also, while I was waiting at the counter, the woman who was attending the counter saw me and continued to do whatever she was doing rather than attending me. Overall, I feel like coming here was a waste of time. Most of the people who will come here do so because they want their ears pierced; not offering the service, much less completely forgetting to mention the fact that the service is not offered anymore, is just bad business. I would not recommend visiting this location.
