I enjoy coming to this very friendly hands on shop! They offer watch repair, help with identifying old coins and jewelry, and have very nice inventory at reasonable prices. Keep in mind, this is a small store, so they don't have everything available right away when it comes to certain jewelry, but they can let you know when it will be available, or go out of their way to order whatever for you or where you can find it. I plan on coming here more and more. Also, quality jewelry cleaner sold there.

Friendly and quick service, they always have the rare watch batteries I need! It's your one stop shop for all your jewelry cleaning and watch repair needs. My husband and I don't go anywhere else! Deer Park Jewelry Factory Pasadena is the best!

We have been going to the Jewelry Factory for over 20 years since it was in Pasadena. We have had jewelry repaired there, designed there, and purchased their designs and other jewelry as well. Their customer service and work is exemplary!!!
