Horrible experience for what should have been a memorable one! If I could give less then 1 star I would. We went to have my daughters ears pierced and we were talked to very rude and met with poor service from the start. Both the young lady and the elder woman named Olga who was in charge were bad mouthing another customer to begin with. They then told me I had to wait outside while I was shopping for my daughter and I had to raise my voice and let them know I had every right to be there as the store was no where near full or beyond capacity. Only after we brought up that they were being unnecessarily rude and somewhat hateful did they change their tone. No one should have to experience this at a place where they are paying for a service. I will never go back and would advise anyone I know or anyone thinking of going not to as well.

Do Not shop here—Rude people work at this location. They will not allow returns on defective products.

Let me start by saying that I am NOT someone who likes conflict and confrontation..so me leaving this review is a 1st for me. The lady that was out on the floor when I was there talked to her bf the ENTIRE time..ignoring me..a customer..if I was a secret shopper I could have EASILY left the store taking a lot. The one time I did talk to her she had a huge attitude and acted annoyed. I then called the next day to ask a question about something I wanted to buy and she was beyond rude and annoyed sounding.

Went in to purchase a few items for my daughter. Spoke to Daniela, by far the best rep in that store. Very patient, very understanding. It’s also close to home! Definitely will be coming back!

OLGA NEEDS TO BE FIRED! And I’ll be calling corporate on her. Her rudeness is unnecessary and uncalled for. PLEASE DON’T BRING YOU LITTLE ONES HER TO GET THEIR EARS PIERCED!
