Best service at a jewelry store. Martha's customer service amazing. She answered all my questions. Explained every detail in whatever she was showing me. From size and price, to the past, present, future collections. Definitely coming back.

Not very welcoming as I would expect for an establishment. Received a ring and a diamond fell out. Went to get it repaired and was given the hardest time ever! Made me jump through hoops pretty much. Very disappointed in Customer service and lack of standing behind their products. I had to get firm with them then I feel they took me seriously. I told my boyfriend to NEVER purchase anything ever from Zales unfortunately the Pasadena location put a horrible taste in my mouth! It’s been over a month and have not received a call it was ready and everytime I call no answer.

Besides the store hours changing probably due to Covid this store is awesome but make sure you call before you go in to see if they're open
