The staff at Kirkwood Medical are very kind, they work with you in order to meet your schedule and needs from my experience. I’m a patient of Dr. Ponce and he’s knowledgeable, understanding and seems to care about me more than my previous family doctors. I strongly recommend Kirkwood Medical and Dr. Ponce as a family doctor. I know there’s other doctors at Kirkwood as well, and as of now I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any of my medical needs.

My experience with the Kirkwood Medical Staff was very pleasant! This staff shows a caring personality which caused me to brag on them and their services. I will always tell and direct others to Kirkwood so they will experience what I experienced!

Mr. Ponce's was great! He is my Grandfather's PCP and accommodated us with a zoom doctor's meeting, shortly after he was released from the hospital with pneumonia. There was an issue with his prescriptions when released from the hospital and Laura, at Dr. Ponce's office was so kind! She returned my call, in a timely manner, and went far and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed. It is a blessing knowing Dr. Ponce and his staff are there to help me make sure my 90 year old Grandfather is getting the care he needs, all our questions/concerns addressed, medications, all from the comfort of his home to keep him as safe as possible. Thank you!

It was my first time visiting there so my wait time was expected. My plan is to have Dr Ponce as my primary Dr when ever needed. The staff was very polite the office was clean. I observed the wait time for regular patientsnwas very minimal 5 minutes or so that is a plus for me.

Dr. Frank Ponce and his staff are great! Have been going to him for some years now and I have always had a very good experience.
