Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, and staff for your service. Please stay safe. I am 73 and in and out of ER for the past 30 yrs due to disability. I felt safe ans well taken care of.

As a healthcare worker I am embarrassed places like this exist. I regret that one star is the lowest option. This place is pathetic and should be put out of business. We brought a patient into an empty ER and have counted 12.... 12 beds our patient could be transferred to. Yet for two solid hours we've been ignored transfer of care. How would you feel if this patient was your mother needing care? If you have any other option whatsoever, go elsewhere.

I recently had surgery at your facility. The admission process was well orchestrated from the moment I walked in the door. Throughout my stay, I was treated very nicely. My nurses Rachel and Jennifer along with their teams treated me with excellence. My discharge paperwork was explained to me so I understood what I needed to know once I came home. Thank you so much.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. I posted on here last week that a Teresa had called me to get me to pay over $500, even though I had met my deductible they wanted their 20% up front as well. Teresa then tells me my insurance hasn’t even approved my CT scan. Why are you calling and hitting me up for money if the procedure isn’t approved? Is this place hurting for money? I received a follow-up to my review from, it says the owner, ask me to email Shannon to discuss my concerns with her. I emailed Shannon and, living up to their review, Shannon hasn’t emailed me back. I am not surprised. Patients never did call me back to tell me if my CT scan was approved but a nice lady from that department called the night before to go over the scan with me. She didn’t know if it had been approved by my insurance. I scheduled an appointment with a different company who a) let me know it was approved by the insurance and b) didn’t hit me up for the 20%. Maybe they are not hard up for money. Why would a Hospital call I or heir 20% but never call you to tell you your insurance is approved and come in for my CT scan...peculiar

If you’re admitted here please don’t stay there without a visitor. The majority of the staff are professional and care for there patients properly. Then there’s Mary, please if you see her as your nurse just call for a supervisor! Her only concern is getting you out of the hospital and not making sure you’re ok and comfortable. I’ve been admitted here twice, and both times the treatment would’ve been great if she wasn’t apart of my care team. If you have any limb alerts or certain areas where an IV can’t be placed, she will overlook that and you’ll be in pain or suffer from her lack of caring that you have certain restrictions due to your health. I would have given 4 stars if she wasn’t handling me improperly. Again I say run!!! Don’t let them admit you without a visitor to overlook and witness the treatment there giving you.
