I have always had a great experience working with the Oceans team. I have worked with Michelle Heitmen on numerous occasions. She’s always responded quickly and provided us with clear communication. She has gone above and beyond and it is much appreciated.

Our hearts are broken, our lives forever changed and the guilt rattles the inter depths of our soul. To trust this facility with your loved one is the single most dreadful nightmare that will continuously wake you in the dead of sleep. My 63 year old dad was placed in their care Monday August 31, 2020. There, solely to get assistance with the frightening parts of his day when he is no longer able to process the change of the day. My dad walked in and later was taken out by an ambulance on the 8th day, by the Grace of God and an angel nurse by the name of Cat, had any more time passed by he would not have made it. In just a short time my dad was malnourished, medically restrained and tucked away trapped not only in his mind but now in a body without control. Bruises on his arms, two cuts on his feet, unable to speak like before, unable to eat without assistance, wearing diapers and unable to walk. His head lowered as the gravity refuses to release him back to his original position. Placed on so many medications, transferred to the hospital and the one medication for dementia was absent from the list. I was told he was walking around and watching TV, meanwhile we were advised not to FaceTime or so much as speak to him, to allow him to get acclimated. All the while my dad was medically sedated, a contributing factor in the blood clots as his normal activities came to a devastating halt in their care. All facilities containing video surveillance should be investigated and held accountable for such negligence. I will not stop at anything, this will not continue. He matters and so does the other patients in their care. I have videos of the day he went in and the disgraceful way he was returned. I want to hear your experience [email protected]. Together we can make a difference.

Great staff! I have worked closely with Michelle and Twila and they have always been very communicative regarding patients needs and quality of care.
