I bought carpet for 2 rooms with plans for all of the floors in my house. The salesman that helped me, Ryan Douglas was extremely polite & personable. He spent lots of time explaining the differences in tiles, woods, etc. Let me walk on different carpets & spend as much time as I needed in choosing, without any pressure. I'm looking forward to the rest of my redecorating project, party because I know the floors are taken care of.
Great service by Ryan. He went out of his way when helping my elderly parents with their flooring selections. My mom is very pleased from their first consultation to clean up. Thank you very much for your patience with them.
Highly recommended!!! I had my tile and shaw laminate installed by these guys a few months back. I was skeptical of them saying they could move my furniture and install in just a day, but they did. I was so pleased I had them do my 3 bedrooms just a couple weeks ago. My salesman Ryan made things move smoothly and quickly with Thanksgiving coming. Talk to Ryan in Pasedena.
