Had some modifications done on my father's home and he couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed. Him being a retired electrician himself, was really impressed with Benchmark Electrical service! It's very hard to find workers that take time to explain what is wrong and how they plan to fix it to the home owner not to mention an elderly one and these two guys were awesome at it! Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Superb service.

I called Benchmark Electrical after being severely disappointed by one of the big brands. The difference started from the first phone call. They were very professional but also personable. I told them I was in somewhat of a hurry and they had someone to my house in just a few hours. The electrical tech was very friendly and best of all he listened. He didn't try to high pressure up sell me and literally had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 25minutes. I would highly recommend Benchmark Electrical to anyone.

From the first time that I contacted Benchmark Electrical to the completion of the job, I've been extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness. They are polite and respectful, listen as well as talk things over well, and are very good at what they do. I can't say enough good things about the techs. They worked well together and completed the job in a timely manner. I was absolutely satisfied with the job they did. We will definitely contact Benchmark Electrical the next time we need electrical work done.

Benchmark Electrical arrived on time and were considerate and polite. They explained to me what they would have to do to satisfy our needs with regard to each element of the job we wanted to have done, and what each would cost. Randy worked with us to adapt their work to what was practical and affordable for us, and gave us advice on how to avoid future costs for electrical services. We were very satisfied with their work.

It was an overall exceptional experience from beginning to end. I was able to secure an appointment for a free estimate in a short time. Randy the technician was prompt in his arrival. He offered to remove his shoes which was a thoughtful gesture. After the estimate and my approval he quickly went to work. He quoted me 1.5 hours to complete the job and he was right on. The workmanship was clean and concise. He made sure I was pleased with the work before he left. I am glad that I called Benchmark Electrical.
