it was really an amazing experience in this branch. The case manager explained thoroughly what are the procedures need to be done. Gave us an options. Explained the pros and cons. The dental hygienist assisted and checked up with care. Dentist for this branch is very kind and did our procedures smoothly and clean.

I was able to get seen pretty quickly for a broken wisdom tooth. Then they scheduled the surgery to pull all 3 remaining wisdom tooth. They tried to reschedule the surgery after I got to the office. After a day of fasting and taking the day off work.nnNow I am getting the same bill over and over. I called after the first one and was assured it was not correct. She had reviewed the EOBs and the account would be zeroed out. Still not handled, and now there are late fees. Called again and still getting bills. Ridiculous waste of my time.

This place is disorganized. It seems like all their staff is new very inefficient. The dental assistant that took my x ray had long fake nails, then puts gloves on and had a hard time positioning probe inside my mouth to take the x ray. The same lady who was actually very nice and sweet did my cleaning and it felt rushed, I've never had so much splash back from the tools used go all over my face as she cleaned. I could feel her fake nails rub my gums as she cleaned my teeth and I could tell she was having hard time manipulating the probe inside my mouth because of her nails. My teeth feel rough since the cleaning was rushed and uneven.This was my first time and probably last time I'll go to Lovett.

Pleasant experience today,Dr.Abedeni and her assistant were amazing. Edily the office manager explained everything and made it easy to get started with my braces today. Thanks to whole Lovett Orthodontic team.
