Have had good dealings with them and bad. Never know how it's gonna go. Last time I was quoted a deal on phone and when I got there is was totally different. Also sign says one thing but if you go inside they never have any of those cars. Won't do another car with them.

I bought a 2003 Mustang from Covington and when I test drove it, I found a few issues, but was still interested if they would take care of those issues first. We verbally agreed, signed papers and I took the car after it was repaired. There was still a problem with the car after that, we discussed it, I took it back and they got it fixed. After that, we have had no problems.nnCovington Autos deals in higher mileage cars, that they typically buy from auctions, so it is a given that there may be hidden problems, but you have to do your due diligence when buying a used car. You have to understand what you are getting into and if you aren't sure, have a mechanic check it out before you buy. I like the fact that Covington will work with anyone regardless of credit.nnI would recommend this family run local business to anyone. The people there are absolutely great.
