Appreciated Jorge in sales! He was transparent from the jump. I called letting him know what I needed then asked me if I worked and if I had a proof of residence. He went straight to the “qualifications” up front and I liked that. He never gave me no run around and was super transparent which we appreciated so much. We then met his boss/finance manager Octavio, who was also straight to the point. Never leaving any detail of the purchase out. Come in and see Jorge and Octavio, I promise you’ll enjoy doing business with these guys and company!

When I tell you these people are the best!!! I’ve been running around for weeks looking for a car only to get turned down. Then I hear about 500 Below and decided to try one last time. Mr. Octavio was very helpful and was determined to get me in a car no matter what. Jorge was very quick with my paperwork and I had keys in my hand in no time. Come see them in the Pasadena area. Great selection of cars and trucks plus insurance can be included! I’m definitely SATISFIED!!!

What can I say! Never have I ever!!!! Had the best experience purchasing a vehicle! Quick and easy! Everything straight to the point! Anyone looking for a good car deal head to 500 below!!! @pasadena location!nWe had been for months looking for an economic and also nice looking car which we all know those are a needle in a hay stack! Well guess what we had been working with Jorge and he absolutely is best sales person I can ever recommend! As picky as I am with cars he was able to find the perfect car for my family! For ever grateful to him! He has the best customer service skills hands down! Octavio helped us out closing the deal making it even easier for our purchase! When a came to number he was the guy!!! So a big shout out to him as well!!!

If you are looking for your first car this is the perfect place to get a starter car or even a forever car. Super nice cars to choose from and they start at just $300. I will be coming back to purchase another car. Alexander and Octavio were super helpful and got me and my mom into a car super fast. It would have been one day if we went earlier.
