Buffalo auto sales is the ONLY place I'm going for a vehicle. All the staff are friendly, but Cody is definitely your guy. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!I Just called to check for prices on cars I have researched to get an understanding of their process to purchase.Before I could even tell the Individual who answered what I was calling for situationally, The guy hung up in my face.I called back spoke respectfully and before I could communicate what I needed , I was disrespectfully told “we are to busy” and was hung up on again.Terrible representation as a business.If you can’t simply speak to an inquiring customer respectfully who’s intentions are to do business respectfully,There is no telling how terribly you conduct yourselves with customers on a daily operational basis.I would never consider doing business here ever.As a business, there is no excuse for a lack of respect for respectful inquiring customers.

Way over priced according to kelly blue book value. Looked at a car with 150,000 miles price tag on it was 12,000 and I looked it up on kelly blue book and only worth 8,305. I understand we are in a pandemic but 4,000 dollars over come on everyone is hurting. Better places to buy cars.
