Sandra is AWESOME!!! She went above and beyond to get us into a second vehicle (because we recently purchased a 2016 Impala from King of cars) Thank you so much Sandra for helping us you don't know how much I appreciate it. She did everything in her power to help us, made us feel wanted. Staff is nice, buying process was long. Did semi worked on our 2k down payment but had to pay 1300 for 2 months (so if you don't have the money for the full down payment wait!!!) Business is Business so don't expect them to have compassion or empathy for your struggle. Inventory is luxurious in my eyes. Must leave with full coverage or you can't take your vehicle, so no shopping on Saturdays( at the end they offered a insurance that only covers the loss or theft of the vehicle to pay for the vehicle, which is good just get full coverage and YOU ARE COVERED)

King of cars was excellent and wonderful.. went there to just look at cars and what happen.. I ended up leaving with a nice Cadillac SRX . Thanks to Ashley. She was nice and answered anything and everything I asked.. She made it all happen in no time too. No hassle or headache during the process. It did not take long like most places that have you waiting. I recommend to anyone. Go to king of cars in Pasadena ❤ufe0f

My salesman was JR and his customer service was Excellent, he communicated with me, and made sure he helped me find the car of my liking. It was a pleasure working with him. Well I'm on my second vehicle from King Of Cars and let me tell you I am so pleased, first I got a C6 Corvette and now I got a Chevy Tahoe for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. I wanna thank Sandra for making it happen. Everyone their is very friendly and attentive to the customer, once again thank you King Of Cars for making it happen. Anyone looking for a vehicle just ask for Sandra you won't be disappointed.
