I went to the pasadena location and got help from Joe, the service was excellent and fast. He made sure I left the same day in a great reliable car and i couldn't be happier with my car!
This dealership is a poor excuse for any good business. I just talked with them and they agreed to let me pay this weekend on Christmas!!!! No less when having a car is very important!!! And I am only 10 days late because of covid Quarintine time waiting for FMLA to compisate me and they turned my car off!!!! This company is heartless... now I shall WALK to get groceries!!!!

They gave me a car with no fluids bad oil the oil was black. the seats and the inside were dirty and the car smelled bad. My alignment was off and my steering wheel was not staright my tire was slanted and i had to buy a new tire out of my pocket. When i came to get it fixed i asked how long would it take they said they don't know so I have to stay up here for 3 days because they don't know how long it will take and they wouldn't give me another car to drive until it gets done. Nobody can help me only the general manager and when I asked the sales man for the general managers number he gave me the wrong number trying to be funny. The service department man had an attitude and was losing patience talking to me.
Mr.Joe was very helpful. His customer service is excellent, honest & had my best interest. Thanks again for your help with getting us back on the road.
