Edit: while this dealership has been good, do not try to go look at cars here after hours, an armed security guard will escort you off the property(even on a Sunday or holiday). However, I still recommend them for sales and service, just make sure you only go during business hours p,nnWhat an amazing dealership!! Jose did an awesome job of selling me my Ford F-150, not only did he listen to what I was looking for, but he worked hard to make sure I was able to get the best deal possible! When I left I felt like I got a great truck, at a great price!nnI would recommended Mac haik Ford to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle! They also have an amazing service department, I love the people in the quick lane!

Unfortunately, I am about to be a KAREN! My significant other and I decided to purchase a new 2021 Ford F-250 last week for his birthday. After searching for roughly a year we found his dream truck. Angie was the associate that helped us during the purchasing process, she was very attentive, helpful and tried her best to ensure we left happy. I’m not an easy person to deal with, but I was very pleased with how she handled everything - thank you much! The five stars I am giving is not for the finance department, sales manager or any other sales associate those five stars are intended for Angie and her alone. I was very displeased with the finance department and sales management as they did not make us feel that we were making a great investment and were not involved at all until someone tried to advise me on how to handle my personal affairs in regards to my insurance. I’ve purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and every facility has made me enjoy, brag and love the process and every department that has a play in a car buying process were involved. Also, I am in way dragging, degrading or slandering Mac Haik Ford Pasadena at all, just sharing our experience and hoping some departments and individuals that read this review will try to alter how they choose to handle business no matter the individuals personality. But we are happy with our purchase & love the truck! Thank you Angie, you were great!

Great overall experience. Sales team was willing to haggle a little which was nice especially regarding my trade. Good prices on F-150's. My salesman Justin Love was nice, professional and got the deal I wanted done , done!

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle with Mac Haik Ford, first time here at Mac Haik Ford Pasadena. Roy was our salesman and helped us throughout our buying experience, he was patient and made sure our concerns got taken care of! Ed was the one who helped us on the finance side, I’m glad and thankful that he was able to get me approved for the truck that we wanted even though my credit score is not all that great at the moment.
