Kind of tricky. They were straight up in telling me that they didn't know what was wrong with their vehicles, but when I pointed out the one I was looking at had a bad timing belt, they got super defensive. I was still considering the car at that point, as I can replace it myself, but they made me uncomfortable with how they were acting. They implied that I was being unreasonable about what I was expecting out of a used car. It was just really odd.
