I love this location!! Great customer service, especially from Michelle in drive thru!! She's always very nice, and recognizes my voice. She knows I have to have soy in my Frappuccino and always asks if I'm gonna also get the latte (for my mom).
I got the iced matcha latte from another BETTER location because it was so delicious but i was too embarrassed to go back twice in one day so i went here instead.. the drink tasted like they poured some green milk and ice into a cup and said good enough.. it gave me a bad tummy ache.. big waste of 10 dollars. yeah not going here again lol
Used the drive thru and even though it took a little longer than it should've, service was great and so was my drink. My usual store is on Wallisville and always takes forever even if I order online, so this 5 minute wait was doable.
Great freaking customer service! I placed a large order for an office party. There was drama with Uber eats (who I now hate). I just showed up at the Starbucks and explained. They got my order for me! And helped me to my car with the drinks!
It won’t let me post a picture but this place is nasty ud83eudd2e . How can you put a tea pitcher in front of everyone with black stuff all over the lid on the inside. You can clearly see it in the corner of the shelf. However all the staff was very nice and helpful as much as possible due to it being so busy.
