I got the same food and it tasted the same because its McDonald's right come on. What you look for is the little things when you visit a McDonald's like are the fries hot, is the staff friendly, etc. The staff was wonderful, even let me change my order at the window, and my food and drinks were hot and fries were perfectly salty. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work and thank you.
Service was fast. On the other hand I went to order a new chicken sandwich they gave me all the options and when I decided on the chicken deluxe they said they were out of chicken. Could have just told me from the get go they couldn’t serve chicken sandwiches. When I asked for a strawberry pie they said “well we have them, but we’d have to make them and we aren’t going that right now cause we still have apple pies” so that was a downer especially because I don’t get to visit McDonald’s that often but was excited to try their new menu.
Did not complete my order, left out the pies, then would not answer the phone when I tried to call. Bad enough I had to look up the number because it was not legible on the receipt. This is a frequent occurrence at this location. Staff members do not care to do their jobs correctly. 9/9/20 Got my order wrong again after I asked the guy at the board and again at the window about it, then the girl had the nerve to tell me I had to go around AGAIN, which would make my entire order cold by the time I got home, so I said get the manager and she did NOT. Saying quality control at this location is in the basement is far, far not low enough!
