Drive thu is unbearably slow....need better drive thru employees
This location is so lazy. The staff is rude and gossip shamelessly about their customers in front of their face. They lock the doors and turn off mobile orders and only have the drive through open. I understand we have a pandemic going on but why turn off mobile orders? They look fully staffed to only be taking one order at a time when the line is suuuuper long and doesn't seem to be moving very fast. Its frustrating.
I don't usually come to this starbucks, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were very friendly and very efficient. They did a wonderful job with my order and that always makes me happy! I will definitely come back!
In the past I would avoid this location as it was always super busy. I mean look at its location. But today’s visit was amazing.! The DT line was SUPER long but moved super fast.! As a fellow partner I was very impressed with their service and speed.! Thanks y’all.! Tea was also flavorful and made to standard.!!!
Not sure what has happened but in the last few months this location has become constantly busy. 20+ car lines all day long. Inside line is only a few people long but slow. They do make a decent cup of coffee for a Starbucks and the staff is always friendly.
