Worst service ever. Went there around 5:10pm for a simple update in my account. A after waiting almost 30 minutes the banker(Esmeralda)walked around 5:40pm and said that the process will take at least 30minuts and we have to come back next day.nThat is (BS).I left work 1 hour early just to reach them before they close and that's the type of service I get. I think it's time to take my business somewhere else where they value, respect and treat the customer right.
Everyone at this location treats me and my 4yr old like VIP’s! I enjoy going in instead of the ATM drive thru to feel great by them. I dealt with Perla Cruz and if I say she was fantastic it would be an understatement! I love them all!
Great new branch. New ATM is much better than the old ones too.
