Always packed and only have 1-2 tellers
This branch has doors locked and closed 5mins before closing at 4pm. I Walked through the door at 3:56pm. Branch was closed and Branch Manager is walking out the door. I told her that it wasn't 4pm yet. She shrugs her shoulders & laughs. NOT FUNNY!!! I will follow up with Corporate about this branch.

Lobby always pack with slow moving lines automated tellers not available. I believe one star is being nice! BANK OF AMERICA YOU CAN DO BETTER.. LEAD DON'T FOLLOW..
Horrible service. It’s 10:20 AM on a Monday... only one person at the window... and the line is super long. 3 people in front of me and like 7 other right behind me. They offered to use the ATM machine to do my payment, but again the machine also takes a while, and I’m already in line. I’m not gonna form in line again if for some reason the machine doesn’t get to do whatever I’m here for.
