They are really rude, I don't rcommend it,, it's always full , there's so slow, and when I was talking to the girl that works there she didn't tell me hi or bye she was so direspecful to me and my mom,, and then she was like staring at me like she was mad at me or something , I don't recommended ..
My mom had 30 dollars and they closed the count and never send the money, we call and the said that they didn't have any information. Worst bank.

It's a bad service place and it gets really packed in the girls they don't attend you very fast they say because it's a long process that they had to do and it's very on Wilmington cuz it location is very small and obviously if you're looking for opening account I don't really much recommend you as well because they will give you a permanent car and really the car that they give you doesn't work in any gas station or anything you have to wait until 2 weeks to get your card well my didn't work like that and I had to wait most likely like a month I went there and I called that's where the service and nothing they don't I guess they're only give a f*** about getting more clients instead of giving their good service two loyal customers I really am very upset and I really want to close my account and I am fixing to so yes this would be a better I should have stayed with Chase
