We were a Recall customer, that was absorbed by the Iron Mountain take over. The service has steadily become progressively worse as the transition became more complete. The pickup service is VERY unreliable, OFTEN NOT showing up at all, even for a regularly scheduled weekly pickup service. This is a hardship on us when are bins are already full and nowhere to put the paper and time consuming to try to get them scheduled to come out later in the week because they missed our regularly scheduled pickup. Further, WATCH YOUR BILL. They will bill you for all stops/pickups that were scheduled, even if they never actually showed up. Although they will give us credit and reissue the invoice each time. Again, it is very time consuming to have to track this activity ourselves, and call for a revised billing each time. It is a sad state when the customer has to spend this much time on a service that is supposed to save us time. Please consider more highly recommended service before choosing Iron Mountain.
Place is on lock down. They refer everyone to call their main number and go online. Not very helpful on-site.
