I’ve used this location for years and years. I’ve had an excellent experience here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great storage units with excellent customer service. Eleanor has handled my account for awhile now and she is the absolute BEST!!! She’s one of the main reasons I’ve kept my belongings there for so long. Ask for her for all of your storage needs.
Just want to give lots of kudos to Eleanor for helping us first time renters. She went above and beyond to help with getting what we needed. Eleanor was truly a blessing. Recommend Life Storage on Bissonnet if your in need of storage space.
