They dont take the time to actually understand the houses the are appraising. They compared my house built in 2017 with houses built in the 1970s a half mile away. They did not bother to check the home builders site for accurate information.

We were very happy with our experience with Tetra Surveys! After going through a different company and having so many problems, these guys came to the rescue. They were very quick in getting our survey done and getting us all of the paperwork & even took the extra time to word the document the way the subcontractor needed. We are so thankful that we found them and would highly recommend!!

Good God who lied about the other 5 star reviews? This place is literally the worst! I have seen three lawsuits directly related to this survey company. They are horrible! Please for your own good, RUN from this place.
