I went a couple of times, once for my grandmother who had a comforter that needed washing. That turned out fine. The second time was for some drapes and a feather bed. So far as I can tell the drapes came out fine, but they washed the feather bed, so now the feathers in it are all clumped in the middle of each patch. The reason we took it to the dry cleaners is so this would not happen. Our feather bed is ruined and we will not be going back.

I went there with a load of clothes and they were all for buttons to be replaced on them, we get them back and there were still no buttons, a couple of shirts had holes in them. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE! They will either ruin them or not do what you paid them to do!
