BAD BUSINESS!!!!! I will never ever return or recommend this company!!! The lady at the front counter is a SNAKE!! She temporarily misplaced my comforter (which should have been ready for pickup 2 weeks ago) and did not want to take blame for her actions. She then tells me it’s at another location (although I am returning to the location where I originally dropped it off) and that it should be there within a few hours. I requested a discount for the inconvenience and she repeatedly refused. In the heat of the moment she tells me that I might as well take it for free if I wanted a discount so badly. I agreed.nShe then calls after I left and wants to convince me that the comforter was in the store the entire time and again tells me that I must pay her for the service. When I returned to pick it up, THE COMPANY VAN IS AT THE BACK ENTRANCE LOADING AND UNLOADING ITEMS. Coincidence, I think not.nWhat a way to lie and connive a situation when you are obviously in the wrong!!
Messed up one of my expensive shirts and won’t stand behind their work. Told the lady up front that my expensive shirts need to be taken care of and not done the $1.69 method. Obviously she didn’t do that but she did it with other shirts that are not expensive. Would stay away as they don’t listen to their customers and won’t stand behind their mistakes!!

Horrible. These people are the worst. They donated my clothes without a call. The owner is a jerk.
