I came here for the first time to get my comforter cleaned. Roxana was very helpful and gave me a reasonable price. I ignored a few bad reviews and decided to see for myself. I left that day feeling ok and confident that I would be pleased. I can back to pick up my originally white comforter to see that parts of the raised white designed were now bright yellow! Roxana offered to have it cleaned again and although I was upset I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. The second pick up didn't help and I was given the owner Micheal 's number. He sounded confident and assured me it would be resolved and I would be compensated for the damage. Needless to say he offered half credit to come get more items ruined which of course I don't want. He now is ignoring calls and leaves Roxana to speak to his unhappy clients and even hangs up on her when she calls him for assistance with resolving the issue. This cleaners is horrible and I will NEVER EVER bring or recommend anyone to come here. If you care about your stuff don't even try it because you will be left with ruined things and no resolution. Owner sucks!!
