I sent a message to them through google with a few questions. They answered within 20 minutes. We set a day and time for pickup for my area rug and a smaller, matching rug for cleaning. I'm on the South Side and I appreciate that they came by to pick up my rugs. They were courteous enough to call when they were 20-30 minutes away. When they delivered my rugs back to me, I received another courtesy call before arrival. My rugs were nice and clean with no overwhelming smells/scents to irritate my sinuses. Pleasant and professional staff, great cleaning and great price. I will definitely be using them again.

We had a great experience with Carpet Cleaning Group! I booked with them via Yelp and email, and they were very responsive. I had a date in mind about a week out that I wanted them to come and they were available. They gave me an hour window, and Zach and Nikko arrived right in the middle of the window. We did a quick walk-through, they explained some things to me and offered the stain guard for an extra $45 which I gladly paid since the cost was already very reasonable, and I don't want to have to have the carpets cleaned more than once a year! They clearly knew what they were doing, and were quick and very professional. They got stains out of the carpet that were here even before we moved in! The carpet looks like new. Thanks so much! We'll definitely call next time we need your services!

This company is what superior customer service is all about. From the first quote to the final payment, they set the bar high for home cleaning services. Their pricing is fair for the outstanding service and professionalism they offer and their communication is excellent. I received a call from the servicemen a half hour before they arrived and they were extremely thorough in walking the house to explain their standard procedure and take note of problem areas. I always step away while they work and come home to carpets that look brand new. They always walk me through my house to explain what they had done; pointing out tougher cleaning areas and instructing on the post-clean procedure. Each visit, they maintain a high standard of professionalism - injecting some light humor, which makes a mundane task that much more enjoyable.

.nWe've used their services two years in a row. The first time, they cleaned 6 area rugs, two were antiques. They did an exceptional job! They picked up the rugs as scheduled and delivered it back as scheduled and promised. This year, I had my carpeted stairs and a carpeted hallway cleaned. Very professional, courteous and pleasant workers. Because of their work ethics and professionalism, I am having my master bedroom and walk-in closet cleaned in a few weeks. Thank you!

Highly recommend them. We've had our couch cleaned by then twice in two years and they are extremely professional and friendly! They got out every stain in our tuffed sectional. The same worker came and he did a great job both times. Completely recommend!
