Clean and neat store, great customer service even though she was piercing a person ear. She was moving very fast to get people in and out.

Went into Claires on Saturday and wanted to get my daughter ears pierced. They were booked with appointments, but the two ladies managed to get me in. My daughter was so scared and they calmed her down and she did it without her holding out for a hour. Employees were very nice and friendly. Also, great salesman bc we send over $130. We will be back soon.

Went shopping for a 10 year old birthday; the employee was so nice and helpful. Literally every picture I showed her she knew where it was. I’ll be back for my daughter ear piercing for her cartilage. She even gave information and pricing.

The ladies who work here are lame they don't greet they don't say thank you and looks like they hate their job! They need a whole new personnel
