I’m so grateful for finding this place after calling around five other offices!! I got to see a 3D X-ray of my tooth ud83euddb7(which was awesome since I’m interested in premed).nIf I’m ever in need of a root canal Dr. David Cervantes is who I would definitely return to. Initially I loved this dentist. Not only was he cute but on a serious root canal where roots were a bit tricky, he did a completely painless root canal. And then several months went by and I occasionally felt what seemed like a horrible electrical current in the tooth area. This horrible pain increased over the year from once a month to once a week to daily. Now its many times throughout the day and I'll have to stay on debilitating medicine the rest of my life. Unfortunately, something i believe he did, caused trauma to the root. I have had Trigeminal Neuralgia for several years now. The pain is constant and unbearable. Of course I dont know for sure it was all due to that serious root canal he performed. I just know that after that root canal was when the horrible pain started happening. Prior to that I was fine.
Fast and efficient and painless. Gave me 30% cash discount and pain killers and anti-biotics. I would recommend him highly and would use him again. I might still have to see him one more time. Root canals are not pleasant but a really good doctor. Nora, his assistant will call and follow up with you the next day and they want like for you to mail in a survey. I have to do that. Trust me, use him!
I am an extremely difficult patient in that I am usually the hardest to numb that anyone has seen. Epidurals do not work on me if that tells you anything. However, Dr. Cervantes and his anesthesiologist were VERY accomodating with everythign they did and were extremely good at explaining everything they did every step of the way before they put me under. I'm still in the sore tooth phase, but It's a pretty difficult tooth, so that may take some time to settle down; has nothign to do with the Doc! HIGHLY recommend.
Dr. Cervantes has performed several root canals on me over a span of about 20 years... he is gentle and makes sure my pain is minimal. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
