I wish there were a way to leave ZERO stars! My son was seen there with a broken tooth and in severe pain and Dr. Alonso told him he needed a filling.. My son left in pain until they had time on their schedule to do the filling. A week later he did the filling and told my son it may or may not hold in his tooth. IT CAME OUT THE SAME NIGHT! He was in so much pain and they woudn't fit him in until 4/7/21 to see him.. Even though he was in excruciating pain..I took him to a great dentist and they extracted the tooth and found that Dr. Alonso left a LOT of decay still in the tooth and just put a filling over a lot of decay. Nobody answers the phone there and when they do they are rude! Now we're out $241 when it should have been extracted to begin with. Filing complaint with Texas Dental Board today! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Today I had a vision visit and I was so amazed at the excellent customer service that Oliver gave us. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The Recieptionist was also very nice as well. Thanks for the A+ treatment.

I want management to know that I appreciate the staff at the Bellaire location. It was awesome how fast and efficient they were. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. Ms. Mary is amazing!

I made an appointment request through the website and was contacted within the day, I asked immediately if this location could do wisdom teeth extractions and perform oral surgery here or in a different location since that is the service I’m directly looking for and going in for. And I know some places don’t do this kind of procedure. Was told yes they would be able to but not on the first visit that I would have to go in and get X-rays and an exam done first, that’s perfectly normal process so I made the appointment. At the appointment I paid 75$ out of pocket since at the moment I have no insurance, and was seen and taken X-rays. From here I start noticing that yes I am just a number and yes they just want to take my money. I was told that for this I would have to be referred to an oral surgeon.. for this exact reason I asked beforehand if this procedure was able to be done here at this location, to only be told otherwise.. I asked the dentist that I had confirmed they could do the surgery here and was told the ladies that make the appointments and pick up the phone have no knowledge of what can and can’t be done.. Am I crazy to think that if they didn’t know they would’ve told me so when I asked ? I understand that different cases require different procedure and no one can know exactly what will end up being needed for that specific person but I made sure to ask beforehand, on top of that when I was getting the referral I’m told the place I was being referred to would need a different kind of X-ray.. If I had known that this visit would be absolutely pointless I wouldn’t have made it.. and the only reason I went and paid out of pocket for the X-rays was for this procedure to be done. I’m upset they didn’t make this clear from the start, I was set up for an exam and X-rays specifically for this procedure so to come out with money lost and useless X-rays is really just a bad experience overall. The people here are nice for sure that’s the only positive I can say about this location.

Three weeks ago my front tooth broke while eating a snickers candy bar.nI called the dental office the next day and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Thank goodness I saved the tooth. Dr. Harris took one look at the tooth and told me that he did not think he would be able to secure it back. After reexamining the tooth and open cavity further he said that he was going to try his best to secure it. After 2 hours of sitting in the chair (which I did not mind at all) Dr. Harris and Julio performed a miracle, not only were they able to secure the tooth, they were able to close the gap that was there to begin with. I am so thankful and appreciative of the efforts that the dynamic duo put forth to secure my tooth and have me smiling like never before. Dr. Harris and Julio truly care about their patients and definitely go over and above the call of duty when it comes to treating their patients.
