This is the most racist and most prejudice court in the entire city of Houston. There was not one Caucasian person who was present in traffic court unless you want to include the staff and attorneys. All of the defendants were minorities. I had heard about this place before but I really just thought people were exaggerating until I had to experience it for myself.nnIf you are a minority and you get a traffic ticket in this court I would suggest (even if you were wrongfully given a citation) that you just go before the judge and ask for defensive driving or deferred adjudication so that you can speed up the process of having to deal with this court. It will be hard to find a lawyer that will represent you in this court (I was even turned down by Caucasian attorneys who straight up told me I had no chances of lawful justice in this court), but you of course could always go with those joke attorneys like Paul Kubosh or Monk & Monk who just take your money and still end up getting you what you could have asked the judge for yourself.

Lol I totally agree with you; Lady madam. It is racist. I noticed the same thing; that it was no whites. As If white people don't make mistakes smh. And who ever suppose to be the person answering the phone calls for the court house is lazy. I waited 1 hour and was first in line and didn't get serve. I don't know how they got their jobs. Must of did what a typical secretary/receptionist do when their not a good fit for the job but need the job.
