Quick to respond on Yelp and provide a quote on brake pad replacements for my A6, which was super convenient!! The prices were so much more affordable than other quotes I received especially for a luxury vehicle. Warranty came with it as well. I was able to get an appointment quick and get my car back in a couple of hours! Highly recommend.
Hands down one of the best shops to work with. Very caring and genuine, not like the other guys. I’ve worked directly with the owner as well and he is by far the most down to earth gentleman you’ll meet. He generally cares about his staff and the product he delivers! They always get business for all of my cars! You will not be disappointed!
Great staff and excellent communication skills by the employees. I was a little worried as I hadn’t used them before but was happily surprised with their work. They seem to actually care about the problems and how to fix it. They even suggested a cheaper way to make the repair and ended up saving me money. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic!
They were very professional and I’m sure they did a great job. The reason I don’t know if it was a good value because I didn’t compare it to anybody but I feel it was definitely reasonable and fair. They were highly recommended to me by a friend and I certainly will recommend them to anybody also. I will definitely use them again in the future.
