Went there today because it’s the closest open boa. Not sure why boa has so many closed locations but anyways I came here and the line was out the door. I needed to notarize something so I waited 30 minutes if not more with my 3 children (baby and 2 toddlers). After 30 minutes the lady comes out and says the person who notarizes is sick and out of office for a week so they can’t help me. Why couldn’t one of the staff members come out and notify people waiting that there is no notary available today or better yet why couldn’t they just put a sign on the door so people aren’t just waiting around for nothing. The lady then told me I can check if Bellaire boa notarizes but in that moment another customer walked in requesting notary because she had just been at Bellaire bank of america and they couldn’t do it. What is going on with Bank of America?!?!

My first time coming to this location. The bank is really nice inside but the staff is ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffc! The associate that “helped” me didn’t even HELP AT ALL! I was just sitting there and if I didn’t say anything he wouldn’t say anything back. He had his AirPod on? Like what kind of customer service is that... literally the WORST LOCATION EVER. It actually made me question about still having an account at BoA... I still can’t believe he was just staring and not giving me any other options about the reason I went there. I wish I could give them 0 stars ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffc

I’ve used BOA for six years. My parents have used it for 15+ years, and I have never had a disrespectful experience as I did in this location. I stood in line for 20 minutes, and everyone was professional except Eva.nnI was in line alongside another BOA customer because we both needed to be present for a specific transaction. When we got to the window, the teller could not help us because an executive representative or manager must approve that transaction.nnEva stepped in and proceeded to talk loudly so everyone in the lobby could hear our issues. She moved to make hand gestures and allegedly said that the teller would “lose her job.” She was the one in charge. I explained that another location's executive rep expressly affirmed my problem was resolvable as long as I brought the specific person who stood alongside me (also a BOA customer).nnWe decided to go to this location because it was more convenient, and her words were, “You should go to that one because we’re not gonna do that here,” with hand gestures. I proceeded to mention, “this is why you have a 1-star review,” and she did absolutely nothing to help with the matter.

How can you be effective and fast when you only have one banker assisting people, is every time I come to this location I have to be in line for over more than 30 minutes . Y’all should hire more staff
