Friendly and helpful. I've learned the hard way even if you have to pay a little extra to use a travel agent they really can save you money in the long run and if something goes wrong while you're on vacation, you can call them for help from any where in the world and don't have to deal with the airline , hotel, or whatever by yourself. It makes traveling so much easier just ask anyone that has gotten stuck somewhere and had to deal with things their selves!
Kristi helped us with our first criuse. We used her again on booking her second cruise. She is very helpful and makes everything run smooth. She tells you what to expect as well.
