I never like writing bad reviews, but unfortunately here we are. After waiting weeks to get a shipment that has been sitting in the Sherman location for at least a week, a scheduled appointment was finally set. The day we were supposed to receive the delivery, I decide to check online around 4:40 and it shows the package was returned. I called to find out why, the first rep said that she would gladly help. When asked if we could just pick it up, she said she would have to check on the contract with the supplier, but somehow hung up on me. The next rep thankfully was very helpful and informed me that my shipment was never loaded for delivery. After several attempts to speak with someone in the Terminal Dept, she was never able to reach anyone. Long story short, we now have to wait longer before we can even get our shipment. The one star was for the rep that actually tried to help.

Customer service just informed me that it is not their job to deliver to the right customer if the address is wrong. Good to know. Person on phone kept telling me it was my fault. Driver has a bad attitude and is flat out rude. So, I guess I'll be listing goods on craigslist... Sorry to whomever was supposed to have this delivery. Wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars. BAD service, bad people. Too many other services out there to give your money to.

Your driver Brett Kyle was most helpful today. He brought me a heavy shipment, and helped me get it to the back door of my home. I am a 70 year disabled veteran, and I am most grateful to your very nice and helpful driver....Thanks

A driver (truck #292307) on 380 crossed 2 lanes of traffic and nearly side swipe our truck while turning into a Walmart west of McKinney. If our driver was not paying extra attention,nIt would have had fatal consequences.

Saia as a company is usually pretty good. The Sherman TX location is one of the worst run locations out of any I have ever seen. It took 8 days to get a shipment from Houston TX to southern OK. It arrived at their dock on 11/21, due to terrible management it did not leave their location until 11/28. This is after days of just trying to contact someone at that location. This includes their own company attempting to contact them for 3 days. I could go on for too long about how poorly this location is run, but at this point I'm sick of dealing with this. Never Saia again.
