The man in the office was very helpful. Unit was clean and ready to go. Good storage place. I recommend it.
I don't know about their storage, but picking up a U-haul here was the worst experience ever! We have rented a lot of U-hauls in our 20+ moves over the years, but this was the only time we've ever had such a negative experience! We set up for after hours pickup (which we've used before with relative ease), and they forgot our furniture dolly AND put the wrong key in the lockbox! After 30 minutes on the phone with U-haul, they helped us access the second key box, and it was empty! So we wasted all that time and now we have to wait until tomorrow morning and spend another 40+ minutes round trip (plus however long to actually pick up the truck) to try again and we will have to delay getting started on packing. So, we won't be coming back to this location! We'll be driving the opposite directing to Mckinney, instead.

Cynthia took care of my family. Even with some technical mishaps she showed up on her day off and stayed with me until we moved our things in storage. So kind, so delightful and pleasant.
