While I never intended to need a storage unit, I am grateful that since I do, I found Devon SS! Since day one I have been given friendly and professional quality of service. If you are searching for clean, professional, conveniently located, and affordable storage, look no where else!!!Quotes are accurate without any hidden fees. Calls are either answered or returned in a very timely manner. The staff either by phone or email have been amazing. Providing great information and always looking out for the customer!!! Shannon is doing an outstanding job and has assisted me multiple times with my account and or unit! It's extremely rare, nowadays, to receive the kind of quality and customer care, such as she has given. Just the warm welcome from her is enough to make me smile throughout the day. Thank you so much for your time and professional personality, that clearly ensures that your customers are satisfied!

We worked with Shannon to arrange our storage units - she was beyond helpful and gave great customer service.nFacility is well kept, units are clean, doors work perfectly and very easy to lift/close/lock. Front gate has a keypad and there are cameras on the outside of the buildings throughout the property.nMoving is never a fun process - especially when you have to store your belongings between homes. Shannon made this process as easy as possible and gave the peace of mind to us that we were needing during this time.nGoogle didn't put the place on the map correctly but that is in no way the facilities fault. A quick phone call and we were able to get there without any issue.
