Buyer beware!!!!!! They don’t care about you or your experience!!!!nThey sold and installed an above ground pool for my parents.nFirst problem was that they destroyed the backyard.nTheir contractor had to do dirt work but didn’t look into the drainage and plowed through a French drain. Dirt piled in random places, not smoothed out whatsoever. My dad had no warning that this would be the case so when the contractor finished, my dad asked if they were going to smooth it out and he demanded an additional $400 to leave it in good repair. Their contractor left it in absolute shambles, visible broken drain and all.nFast forward a short 1.5 years and they no longer sell the parts for my parents pool. The man at Texoma Pools sarcastically asked my dad, “Do you want me to build a facility to create the part your pool needs?”nCOMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!nI have been holding out on this review for 1.5 years because I take negative reviews very seriously. I would never want to be reactive with someone’s reputation.nBut when a business shows time and time again they don’t care about their customers, it’s time to warn others. Take your business elsewhere.
Texoma pools and spas has been my go to place for my hot tub repairs and service for over 10 years. When I looked for a new hot tub they were the only place to go. I enjoy my time in the store as well as dealing with repair men who come to the house. Everyone is kind, professional, and knowledgeable.
Repaired what he could from the snow storm. Let me know what is going to have to be ordered to be properly fixed. He walked me through it all and told me what he found, what he could repair, and what still needs repaired. Great customer service.
We had TCP&S build us our pool back in 2017. (Yes just now writing a review) lol We have NO regrets choosing this company to build us our dream pool! If you are trying to decide which company to go with- LOOK NO MORE! This is the company you want choose. From the minute Pete arrived to design , to the last day with Shane (pool class 101) every step of the way was timely, professional & perfect! I’ve never seen such a process like this .... when they said they would be there “they were here” when they said it will be done by such & such time “ it was done” . Like I mentioned earlier - we have NO REGRETS choosing this company to build our pool and, let me add they were not pushy- not once did they try to push something on us that we didn’t want! Also , let me end with this: when I have a issue or a question they are QUICK in responding to me! They STILL take care of me even after the pool is built! I CAN NOT say enough about this company and the people who represent this company!
We’re so thankful that we decided to use Texoma Country Pools & Spas to build our in ground pool and backyard upgrade!! The pool is gorgeous! We love all the elements including the beautiful plaster. The weeping rocks are an excellent addition that really add to the experience. Everyone complements us on our backyard “oasis.” The additional concrete stairs and platform, which ties our porches together really completes the look and experience of the whole yard! They did everything on time and with a high level of expertise. We cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed!
