Out-of-town customer who drove 30 miles to buy engagement ring. Google search said they had opened back up on May 21 and where supposed to be open today from noon - 5pm. Closed with paper sign that said, “back in 20 minutes”. But the sign didn’t state when the 20 minutes started. Waited anyway. Nobody showed to open store by 1:30 pm. They lost a $5,000 sale.
