I have gone to this pharmacy for years, dedicating my time and money to them. Over the past few years I noticed the customer service has declined drastically. Any time I need to call up the pharmacy the staff members are always extremely rude and unprofessional. Sams also has a hard time getting their job done right. they fail to do their job efficiently, effectively and have bad time management. It is so unacceptable that a loyal customer, such as myself and my family, is to be treated with such negligence.I would probably recommend target or walmarts pharmacy any day over sams.
