Called to locate missing package, lady was helpful in directing me to the fedex access point where it was taken to.
They continue to leave our packages out on the road rather than drive down our driveway to deliver to our home. Our driveway is 1/4 mile long and a good road. Instead our packages sit out on the road for anyone to take.i called them last week with this feedback, apparently they don’t care.
Delivers to wrong address more than the correct one.
Have various drivers. I am not sure which driver this is. I live off the road and gave a farm gate. Majority of my packages are getting thrown on the ground before the gate ( not on my side of property) or put in a garbage back and tied to gate, including live crickets.( 1/3 of the crickets were dead when I found package)
Fix ground isn't a bad place to work for but it's it's good for the body but it can be dangerous but that's only if you don't pay attention to safety protocols the pain isn't that good sure it's weekly pay but the hours could be better
