It's just a big old storage place that's been there forever and a day. The couple of office ladies seem very nice. Got a good deal on my storage unit. If you go online you can get some pretty good deals. I like that you can toss your trash out in the dumpster and that there's a port-a-potty also on the property. Over 100 camera's watch over the property also.
Good people own and operate this business. Owner and staff learn faces quickly. Always kind. Pandemic has changed the rules a little. But they do what they can go make things easier for everyone.
Very rude people. 2x the price as other facilities in the same area. thanks to their rudeness I saved a bundle.nyou cant read. masks required when you cant social distance. you chose to be difficult and lost business. your choice will be remembered and talked about. I have lived in Friendswood for 27 years. Rudeness and Laziness is common and poor service.
I have been using Challenger Storage since 2004. I have had dealing with many other storage facilities due to my business. By far, Challenger Storage provides the best prices per square foot, one of the best overall locations with easy access from I-45, but best of all, their customer service is the best in the industry that I have seen. They make us customers feel like family.
Great customer service, a bit pricey for an outside spot but feel it's safe enough.
