5 stars is not enough for this great location. Cindy, the on site Manager, is an exceptional individual who is there to help, no matter what the challenge. I have had a space at this location for years and Cindy recently assisted me in changing the unit to a more useful size. It was seamless and she provided extra effort to make sure that I got the perfect unit in the right location. She is truly a positive professional who goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with space and service. If you are looking for the best location, outstanding staff and a clean, safe environment - look no further because this is the place! Thanks, Cindy, you are definitely an asset to Public Storage!

I am so thankful for this Public Storage location. We needed a storage unit for just one month while we purchased a home and prepared our home for listing. Cindy in the front office made this such an easy process. We had some confusion with booking online and holding the space but she made sure we were taken care of. She is always so sweet and helpful and returned all my calls same day. The unit was clean, temperature control was perfect and the move in/out process was a breeze. I felt confident that our belongings were safe in this unit. In fact we purchased a humidity thing that collects extra water from the room. It was barely damp in the month we had our things there. If you need a short or long term unit, this is the place to rent from.

My family and I never had the experience of renting a storage unit; needless to say, the winter storm caused enough stress and the last thing I needed was bad experiences. However, I was able to find good rates at this location close to our home. Cindy was very friendly, helpful and informative. The units are clean, well kept, secured and best of all NOT smelly (Big plus). I was amazed that I actually enjoyed storing my family’s belongings. I just wished packing was less tiring. ;)

I found out that Public Storage sells boxes, bubble wrap and all kinds of other packaging supplies. Cindy, with Public Storage, was extremely informative about storage locker rates and tremendously helpful with my decisions while I was at the front desk. Pleasant experience!

It's my friends storage unit, but I have 2 of my own in 2 different cities in Texas. Never had a problem with Public Storage. Always friendly people and never seen one that wasn't well lit.
