This is the best Dickey’s I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and the food was FANTASTIC!!!! I was ranting how awesome they were, and Kris said he has been there for 4 years and he really cares about what he does. It shows. He needs a bonus for being such a dedicated employee, you don’t find many like him.nnThe Dickey’s in Mckinney, TX could learn some things from this location.
Lots of food for the price. Very yummy and the staff was super awesome!!! Brisket was very dry like jerkey...but we had the wings, ribs, chicken and sausage and all was exceptional!!! Will be back...
The crew working today was the BEST customer service I have ever had! Both ladies made us feel like family. I wish I would have gotten their names. I know one lady said she'd worked there 17 years. The food was very good but the people were nicer than the food was good. These ladies should be cherished as employees because nobody can top them! I've been in management and would have given anything to have a team that treated people that great!! Give them a RAISE!

The crew behind the counter has always been great. Solid BBQ even if it’s at a gas station. The chicken breast is moist and delicious
